Park Rules: Quiet Hours, Generators, Pets and Golf Carts
Speedway Sports Park keeps one rulebook goal: an enjoyable, safe race week for everyone in the rows. The regulations below are the ones the office enforces most strictly — read them before arrival and the week takes care of itself.
Quiet hours and generators
Quiet hours run from 11pm to 7am. All generators are off during those hours, and music and conversation drop to campsite level. The park reserves the right to suspend any generator it deems excessively loud or a fume hazard — bring a unit you would want next door.
Vehicles and golf carts
Every vehicle must fit on your site, and every vehicle entering the park stops at the office to register. Siteholders pre-register and pre-pay all vehicles, including extra car passes. Golf carts and scooters must be paid for in advance; reckless use revokes the privilege, and carts are not allowed on speedway property. The siteholder — not the park — is responsible for any injury or damage a cart causes.
Pets, kids and speed
Pets are welcome on leash at all times, and owners control and clean up after them. The speed limit everywhere in the park is 5 MPH — children, carts and pets share the lanes. Per town ordinance, tents are not allowed: this is an RV park.
Fires, firewood and gray water
Out-of-state firewood is prohibited — it is New Hampshire state law, aimed at invasive pests — and the park sells compliant firewood with free delivery. Balloon (sky) lanterns are illegal and dangerous: do not release them. Gray water never goes on the ground or into campfires; use the free dump station. All trash goes to the dumpsters placed around the park, and sites stay clean.
